Priest friendly MP3 players shown off

Monday November 1, 2004
Digital Mind Corporation is looking to give priests a hand with their sermons and also listening to the Bible with their line of Sermon Assistant digital audio players. Based on designs from DMC's existing MP3 players, the Sermon Assistants (SA 800: 20GB; SA 500: 40GB, 60GB, 80GB and 100GB) offer large storage options and a built-in voice recorder, which is supposed to be a big plus for priests as a way to record and archive their weekly pulpit sermons.

To sweeten the deal, DMC has also partnered with the Fellowship of the Performing Arts to offer the Compete Listener's Bible as part of the Sermon Assistant bundle. It is reportedly one of the best read audio presentations of the Bible ever produced.

Oh, and you can also store MP3s and all the other usual stuff too.
