Kanguru Audio Flash uses OLED display for clearer picture
Tuesday November 30, 2004
Kanguru Solutions is hoping that a different type of display on their new Audio Flash USB 2.0 flash drive MP3 player will have you notice them from the rest of the pack. They use an OLED display, which differs from the LCD technology used by most players by being self-luminous. This in turn provides a slightly better view of what is being displayed, regardless of the angle it is seen at.
Other features of the Kanguru Audio Flash include storage sizes up to 1GB, playback support of MP3, WAV and WMA music files, storage of non music files, digital voice recording and source in-line recording. It also comes with an FM tuner and the ability to record radio broadcasts.
