New MP3 player headphones from GPX
Monday April 11, 2005
It seems like MP3 player headphones are becoming more common these days as an alternative to more traditional designs. The latest entry of this form factor is the upcoming GPX SportX, due to hit store shelves for $99 in May.
The SportX will hold 128MB of flash memory to store MP3 and WMA music files. It will also offer an expansion slot for SanDisk TransFlash memory cards for holding more music. Other features of the backstrap-style headphones include a digital FM tuner, USB 2.0 support and a rechargeable Li-on battery.
