Wednesday April 20, 2005
Looking for a quality FM transmitter for your iPod? Kensington thinks they may the answer for you via their new FM Digital Transmitter/Auto Charger for iPod which, likes the name implies, charges your favorite white MP3 player as well.

The FM Digital Transmitter/Auto Charger for iPod, priced at $79.99 and on store shelves now, simultaneously charges your iPod through your car's cigarette outlet and broadcasts your tunes on any FM frequency through your car's stereo. The transmitter uses Aerielle technology, which essentially provides better stereo sound than average FM transmission devices. The FM Digital Transmitter/Auto Charger offers a back-lit LCD display to view the frequency selections, three station pre-set buttons and compatibility with iPods and iPod minis via a dock connector cable.

"One of the most exciting features of the new Digital FM Transmitter/Auto Charger for iPod is that you can transmit your personal music to any FM frequency on your car radio," said Ian Lombard, Director Product Management & Peripherals for Kensington Technology Group.
