Keeping Your iPod Dry - Allsop Style

Allsop, a developer of computer accessories, is literally getting themselves wet with their newest iPod accessory – a line of waterproof carrying cases. The new Allsop Splash Pack DriPod comes in large and small sizes and looks to be available now for $19.99 each.

Each Allsop Splash Pack DriPod features a resealable triple-zip enclosure and an external heat-sealed headphone jack, according to Allsop. It can reportedly be submerged up to almost 10 feet under water and allows constant access to the iPod’s controls. The Allsop Splash Pack DriPod also comes with a lanyard for hanging the case around one’s neck.

The large Allsop Splash Pack DriPod is designed for the iPod 5G (video), while the smaller model fits an iPod nano. Other portable electronics devices of similar sizes can be stored in these cases as well.
