Tivoli Audio Debuts iYiYi iPod Stereo System

Tivoli Audio, makers of the iPod friendly iSongBook audio system, yesterday announced another system in the same vein. The new Tivoli iYiYi (I don’t know what it means either) is priced at $299.99 and should be available starting this fall.

The Tivoli iYiYi, said Tivoli Audio, is available in black or white with rubberized knobs and comes with a universal docking station which supports and recharges all iPod models including the nano and 5G (video). While docked, is played through the iYiYi’s integrated speaker system (two 3” full-range drivers) and controlled via a supplied remote control.

Other features of the iYiYi include a digital AM/FM tuner with five presets for each band, an auto-brightness blue backlit LCD display, a digital clock with alarm and 20-minute timer, an auxiliary input, a mixing input and an internal power transformer to do away with the “power brick”.
