A company by the name of Insignia apparently has a new MP3 player for sale at consumer electronics retailer Best Buy. The Insignia Amigo comes in 2GB and 1GB storage capacities for prices of $129.99 and $99.99 respectively.
The Insignia Amigo is capable of playing MP3 and WMA music files, including those types of WMA files commonly available through PlaysForSure online subscription music services like Napster To Go. This MP3 player can also display JPEG digital images on its 1.2-inch OLED color screen. Other features include a built-in FM tuner, a weight of 1.2 ounces, up to 18 hours of rechargeable battery life and USB 2.0 support.

I bought this in Oct 2006. My daughter lost the battery & I have been trying to replace it. I have called Partsearch (say they no longer have this battery) & Insignia who tell me I have to contact partsearch. Battery is not easily replaceable as it states. Had I known it would be this hard to replace a battery I would have bought a different brand. I still am trying to find a battery.
