Kodak Rolls with New Pocket Video Camera

Kodak recently decided to try its hand at the pocket video camera market by unveiling a device which is YouTube friendly. It is called the Kodak Zi6 Pocket Video Camera and you'll find it pricing around $180.

The Kodak Zi6 Pocket Video Camera is designed to be an on-the-go HD video camera which lets you capture 720p video at 50 frames per second. This video, once captured, can be uploaded to the extremely popular video Web site YouTube via a built-in USB connection and software. Videos can also be view on the camera's 2.4-inch LCD screen or a television via included cables.

Other features of the Zi6 include expanded video storage via a SD/SDHC memory card slot, included video editing software, a weight of 3.8 ounces and included rechargeable batteries and charger. It will be available by the fall.
