Skullcandy Skullcrusher Headphones Thump Your Head with Bass

Tuesday November 25, 2008
The typical bass sound headphones put out can be disappointing for some because there just isn't enough thump to satisfy the demand. Skullcandy is trying to meet the needs of those looking for such a sound with its limited edition Skullcrusher headphones, priced around $70.

The Skullcandy Skullcrushers, besides having the usual neodymium speakers built in, actually also have built in small, 30mm vibration speakers which are controlled via an in-line vibration level adjustment and on/off switch. Technical specs include 100hz on the vibration unit, impedance of 32ohm and a sensitivity of 99db.

Other features of the Skullcrusher include multi-color body choices, a 1.5m cord length and a 3.5mm gold-plated stereo plug. You can get more details on these headphones at the Skullcandy Web site. [via DVICE]
