BudBud MP3 Sharing Accessory Splits Portable Audio
Traveling with a companion when only one MP3 player is available between the two of you becomes a tedious experience when you trade the headphones back and forth to enjoy music. S1 Audio announced recently a new audio splitter which will let two of you enjoy music at the same time.
The new BudBud MP3 lets a person "convert one pair of stereo earbuds into two pairs." It sports a special design which, says S1 Audio, lets a second earbud piggyback "onto each of the primary buds. When removed, users flip the switch on the control pod to activate the second pair of premium stereo earbuds" so the music can be shared.
Other features of the BudBud MP3 include full range stereo sound, a 3.5mm audio jack and an inline control which clips to clothing while letting users set their "individual listening levels through two separate volume controls." No pricing or availability information is current, but you can get more details at the S1 Audio Web site. [via Chip Chick]
