New DigiFi Opera Wireless Headphones Go for CD-Quality Listening

Friday January 2, 2009
Wireless headphones offer freedom to roam a short distance from your digital audio source and still enjoy quality sound. One of the newest of these types of devices to surface is the DigiFi Opera wireless headphones, priced around $98.

The DigiFi Opera wireless headphones consist of a tethered set of earbuds and a wireless transmitter which plugs into any audio device sporting a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. The earbuds, once turned on, connect wirelessly to the transmitter, allowing for a CD-quality sound experience up to ten meters away.

The Opera headphones use 2.4GHz wireless technology, let up to four sets of compatible headphones sync with the transmitter and offer up to ten hours of rechargeable battery life. These headphones are available now and more information can be found on them at the product Web site. [via SlashGear]
