CES 2009: Digital Foci Picture Porter 35

Monday January 5, 2009
Digital Foci is unveiling this week at the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show a new portable photo manager with a 3.5-inch color screen. It is called the Picture Porter 35 and it will be available sometime this summer.

The Digital Foci Picture Porter 35 is designed for securely backing up digital photos and video from memory cards used in digital cameras. It is compatible with CF, SD/HC, miniSD, MS, MS Duo, xD, and miniSD via built-in memory card slots. Photos and video are backed up to the Porter 35's 160GB hard drive, freeing up card memory to take more digital photos on a camera.

Features of the Porter 35 include RAW image viewing, a copy speed of around 1GB per two minutes, a built-in voice recorder, file management functions, output to a television and USB 2.0 connectivity to transfer photos and videos to a computer. More details about the Digital Foci Picture Porter 35 can be found on this product press Web page.
