Just in case you haven't been checking our iPad Availability page, Apple has officially announced the release date for the iPad Wi-Fi+3G model.
The 3G model of Apple's popular tablet is now slated to be available at 5 p.m. April 30 at Apple retail outlets, select Best Buy stores and some authorized resellers.
Pricing for the 3G model ranges from $629 for the 16GB version to $829 for the 64GB version. Apple also attests that the 3G model will have a battery life of nine hours when surfing via 3G, which is only a smidgen lower than the 10-hour battery life of the Wi-Fi model.
Meanwhile, Apple's Web site shows that folks who start pre-ordering now will get their iPads by May 7.
