Nino Marchetti's Portable Electronics BlogiHearSafe Earbuds turn down your kid's MP3 player volume Does the thought of your child's eardrums taking a pounding from the turned up sounds of their iPod's earbuds make you sleepless? A company by the name of Ingemi thinks they have a solution to help you get rest at night - the iHearSafe Earbuds.
The iHearSafe Earbuds, priced at $25-30, have a patent pending design and are focused on keeping audible levels from exceeding 80 db, regardless of how loudly your child cranks up the volume on their portable device. The earbuds are available in both in-ear and ear clip designs. As Ingemi puts it, "you'll never have to tell your kids to turn it down again."
