Pros:
- Small, sturdy design

- Music clipping
Cons:
- Headphones
- Size of some buttons
- Lack of USB 2.0 support
Form Factor:
Running along the top side of the DiskGO! are the five main control buttons: play/power, mode selection, rewind, fast forward and record/equalizer. In an attempt to save space, the buttons were made extra small, which may be a problem for people with big fingers. Other buttons, all located on the sides, include one button volume control, playback selection (repeat, repeat all, shuffle) and a button for managing recorded FM and voice clips.
Interfaces on the DiskGO! run the standard gamut and include a USB 1.1 port, a SD/MMC card slot and a mini-jack slot for headphones.
The LCD display on the center of the player, which shows data such as the name of the music playing, the current equalizer selection and battery strength, is fairly easy to read. It can also be backlit with a blue light at the touch of a button.
Features:
While information on the estimated battery life was unavailable, it does take one AAA battery to power the unit. A one minute auto shut down feature does help to save on the power.
As far as sound features go, a five-band equalizer offers a good range of different choices depending upon the type of music you are enjoying. Those wanting FM tuner functionality will find one, complete with 20 presets and the ability to record off the airwaves to a WAV file. A voice recorder is also built in.
