Features (continued):
Another cool feature is the clipping and looping of part of a song, which is done by pressing the a-b button at the beginning and end of the segment you want repeated.
Functionality:
In regards to sound quality, the DiskGO! had little problem in playing back tunes. There was no negative change when the equalizer was flipped from one setting to another. No skipping occurred when the player was jostled, which is given to the fact that this is a flash based system and has no moving parts.
While on the subject of sound quality, a special note has to be mentioned about the included headphones. In a nutshell, they are poorly constructed. A very short mini-jack cord feeds into a circular piece, which seems to be designed as a control unit. It does nothing of the sort however. An adjustable cord, which is either to allow you to loop it around your neck or make it longer, makes little design sense since it too is short. To top all of this off, the ear pieces are extremely uncomfortable.
